CITEM is an agency under the Philippine Department of Trade and Industry that focuses on export promotions. They utilized the services with Third Pillar’s implementation of the world’s #1 CRM software, Salesforce. One of their challenges was onboarding sellers through automation and end-to-end streamlined processes.
To achieve the advocacy of being closer to customers, they had to improve their content marketing through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This platform made CITEM manage its social media accounts and personal email engagements efficiently without sacrificing quality. Additionally, it facilitated quicker and better-organized back-end approval procedures for marketing materials, reducing long campaign wait times.
