Salesforce took the lead on Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Marketing Hubs (MMH) in its fifth consecutive year last July 2022. 


This research describes MMH as a technology that presents communications and offers a multi-channel approach from the company to the customer. It includes websites, social media, mobile, direct mail, call centers, email, and paid media. According to Gartner, its MMH capabilities in both B2B and B2C segments can also extend to integrating marketing offers or leads with sales execution. 


Gartner highlights Salesforce Marketing Cloud as its MMH. This Salesforce tool has features that personalize the customer journey, provide reports and analytics, and are backed by Einstein AI. The #1 customer relationship management (CRM) platform serves marketers from various industries.
